KAS Eupen and iXpole join forces
KAS Eupen and iXpole partner up for digital transformation projects in the domain of customer relationship management.
KAS Eupen is backed by the Qatar-based Aspire Academy, which invests heavily in the development of young football talent. These investments are definitely starting to yield as KAS Eupen has now secured its position in the Jupiler Pro League 1A division for the third season in a row.
Not only at the competitive level the club is booking visible progress. For the upcoming season, KAS Eupen has decided to pull the card of digital transformation at different levels. Different initiatives are to be kicked off, with the customer experience at the centre of all these digital initiatives.
One of the groups benefiting from these digital initiatives are the club’s loyal group of business partners, who enjoy great evenings in the Business Club and KAS Lounge. To offer these loyal, but demanding partners the best possible experiences, KAS Eupen has decided to launch iXpole, the Belgian cloud solution for full relational (CRM) and operational (ERP) management of sponsorship and VIP hospitality.
Thanks to iXpole VIPs and sponsors will enjoy a consistent and carefree customer experience, online or offline, before, during and after the match. Business partners will be able to log-on to the business self-service portal to manage their invitations, reservations and tickets.
Luc Vanhecke, co-founder of iXpole states: “the partnership with KAS Eupen is of strategic importance for iXpole. On the one hand it is a big step for iXpole towards the German speaking market.
