iXpole tackles the rugby market with Castres Olympique

Castres Olympique is the first rugby club in France to partner with iXpole for the relationship management of its business partners.
Castres Olympique (CO), the Occitanie-based TOP14 rugby club has a very loyal fan base. In a city of about 40,000 inhabitants they succeed to completely fill their 12,500 seats for every home game. Amongst these 12,500 people are also about 1,500 VIPs and sponsors enjoying a special VIP treatment.
To keep up with the constantly changing expectations of their partners, and to be able to offer them the best possible services, Castres Olympique has decided to up its game and implement iXpole.
With iXpole, the sales team will drastically reduce administrative work and the partners of Castres Olympique will be able to make use of the online VIP portal. Through this portal, VIPs will be able to personalize their experience and that of their invitees.
Castres Olympique is the first club in Top 14 to apply digital transformation to the constantly growing segment of sponsors and VIPs.
