Looking back at the first iXpole User Forum #iUF18
On October 16 2018 we welcomed delegates from different clubs for our first iXpole User forum. Bigger clubs, smaller clubs. Ticketing people, sales people, sales administration, sales management, everyone was represented.
As it was our first edition, we limited the event to a half day session. Our focus was on co-creation. Yes, we speak with many clubs and think we have a good idea about what they want. But there is no better way to find out than by asking them directly.
We tried to propose a nice mix between brain dumping and brain sucking. We shared our view on the future of VIP hospitality and optimising the VIP customer journey before, during and after match day. At various moments we also tried to get insights from our clubs. Not only on how they think their customers should approached, but also on how our product should evolve.
The most satisfying aspect of the session was that we were definitely not the only ones looking to stimulate co-creation. Lots of participants didn’t hesitate to grant us and their fellow clubs a peek into their way of operating, their view on customer service. Ideas spawned, suggestions were witheld or re-directed.
For iXpole #iUF18 was definitely a productive day. First feedback was positive. So we are looking forward to our next edition. #cocreate
